While reasonable safeguards are implemented, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Clients are responsible for safeguarding gallery passwords and download links.
King Thing Photography is not liable for unauthorized access caused by client sharing of gallery links.
4. IMAGE USE & PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the session date, King Thing Photography reserves the right to use images for:
• Portfolio display
• Website use
• Social media
• Advertising
• Marketing materials
• Studio samples
• Publications
Clients requesting full privacy must submit a written request prior to the session and may be subject to a privacy fee.
5. MINORS
When minors are photographed, the booking adult confirms they are the legal parent or guardian and have authority to consent.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors during sessions.
6. DATA RETENTION
• Contracts and invoices are retained for legal and tax purposes.
• Edited images may be archived at the discretion of King Thing Photography.
• RAW files are retained at the photographer’s discretion and are not guaranteed to be stored indefinitely.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up final delivered images.
